Can you fit 2 different brands of air filters & an air intake in a car?

I have found a cold air intake system that is a different brand than the air filters I found to go in my Jeep. Both brands fit in my Jeep but I'm skeptical that the brands would connect to each other easily.

take that cold air intake scam and mail it out of town//you are wasting money you have been fed a line of bull-pappy//the only thing that that set up will do is cost you money..not better performance//no hp/ no nothing and less gas miles//people have
