Boat engine. Still playing up. Does anybody have troubleshooting guide?

So i have been having a few probs, to say the least with our boat engine. Its a chrysler 75hp early 1980;s model. 3 Cylinders, 2 stroke. The problem seems to be power. Power as in revs. The engine is a little rough to get started. Have

Sounds like a gas problem try running Gumout threw or fill the carbs and let sit over night. Add also to the gas. Try keeping pressure on the primer bulb while running and see if that helps.
