"I HAVE A 1992 HONDA ACCORD LX, DOES ANYBODY KNOWS WHERE THE CABIN AIR FILTER IS ON THIS CAR ? DO YOU KNOW THE PART NUMBER OF THE CABIN AIR FILTER ?"

no. the cabin air filters didn't come into existance until about the 1998 to 2000 model years depending on the models. The 1992 definitely did not have them; nobody even thought of using them back then.
