Toyota Tacoma bed liner rube marks?

i have a 2001 Toyota Tacoma, my bed lining rubbed a line of paint off both side of the wheel wells. it is about 4in long by 1/2in wide, it has not rusted, i was wondering if i put some Weatherseal Self Stick over it and the points where the bed liner

You just answered your own question. Go to Home Depot
or Lowes and purchase "Frost King" high density foam self
sticking weather stripping. It comes in all sizes. I did this
before I put my bed liner in.
