Does anyone know if American Express & Discover offer secured cards?
Now that both companies have entered the co-branding & affinity markets with numerous institutions outside of just their private branding, I was hoping both may have a secured card available.

If you go the link given you will only find secured card links for subprime lenders like "Orchard bank", " First premier bank"...etc
The best one out there by far is the secured crefit card from Bank
