How do you remove a flywheel on a briggs and stratton engine?

I finally removed the insanely tight golden colored night on the top of the flywheel. I was expecting to just be able to pull it off but I see it is keyed to the crank shaft. Briggs has drilled and tapped two holes in the top of the flywheel which i assume
