Is there a self bleeding radiator valve that works on a strongly pumped communal wet central heating system?

The is a lot of pressure in the system. I have tried piston type bleed valves but the pressure holds them closed even when the radiator is full of air. Cork type radiator valves dont work as they either drip water or cut off the air, I presume because
I have lived with hot water heat most of my life and I am an HVAC man but we rarely worked on the hydronics, only the controls and boiler. We weren't plumbers.
