Can i use BMW radiator on a Toyota engine?

I have a 4A-GE Toyota Corolla engine with no radiator yet. Got an offer for a BMW E34 radiator. Can i use it for the 4A-GE engine? Any significant issue i'll be facing, e.g air bleeder system, pipe sizing, etc?

If it will fit in your car, you should be fine, i would guess that the hose sizes would be the same (you can check for sure by looking up the two at http://www.dillonradiator.com/ [i would myself, but i would need the years and engine size])
