I hope this isn't a completely ignorant question, but i have no idea what a valve seat cutter kit is and i'm selling one of my grandpa's on ebay. I have no idea if he ever used it or not so i'm not sure if i can list it as new, but i'm wondering if these

Yes can be used more than once. The kit is to fix valve seats in an engine when you do a valve job. Don't know if you'll have many takers, unless someones interested in antique auto tools.
