Jeep Wrangler Heater Fan not working?

I have a 2001 Wrangler and the fan is not working. It worked randomly when I purchased the vehicle, now it is not. We have tried the relay, fuses and replacing the blower motor resistor. What else could be the issue?

i have seen alot of these with a bad control head. try jumping the wires at the blower motor. if it works, see if it doesn't have power or ground at the connector. if it doesn't have ground, trace it back to the resistor, make sure its still ok, and
