What do I have to do in order to install an internally regulated alternator in my 99 dodge ram 1500?
I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 with a 318/5.2L engine and I wanted to upgrade to a 250 amp alternator but the cheapest I could find was an internally regulated alternator. How can I re-wire the alternator wiring so I can run this internally regulated alt?
If you dont know the answer, maybe you should not be attemtping to do it.
