how to replace a 'frozen' spark plug on chain saw?

bought a 14" Poulan chain saw about 6 months ago. Used it sparingly. Had starting problems a few days ago and decided to replace the plugs..Used a spark plug socket but couldn"t even move it. This is the 1sr time I tried replacing it. Would

the other answers are correct.you will have to use a cheater bar and make sure you have the right socket .if the insulater breaks it can cut you or pieces can go inside the cylinder.remember righty tighty ,lefty loosy.
