Does anyone have a honeywell manual thermostat?

I am having problems with mine. i just bought it and theres 4 contacts. im not sure which ones are for heating and which ones are for cooling. i hooked 2 up but it wont shut off now..

Can you see the letters W, R, Y, G near the terminals? These are the standard wire colors.
