Which oil to use for peugeot speedfight 2 wrc 206?

I have a peugeot speedfight 2 wrc 206 and after lets say 10 minutes of riding when i stop to a red traffic light i look behind me and see too much exhaust smoke. That also happens sometimes when i start my scooter. I think is the
do you mix it with fuel or has it a seperate tank?..if its seperate the pump may need adjusted down...if you mix in the tank,mix less 2 stroke...that can also make is bad to start.
