Electric Bill with baseboard electric heaters?
Looking at condos in northern New Jersey and a lot of them seem to be 1970's built garden apartment conversions to condo and almost all have baseboard electric (or steam radiator) heating.
Generally speaking, how energy inefficient are
They are outrageous in the NE....We have them in our apartment and only use 1 in the winter and the electric bill is $30 dollars more a month...you are talking a few hundred dollar bill each month. Steam radiators are much more efficient.
