What kind of filter do I need Kill a Squeak Noise from my Car Stereo System that comes from the Main Car Power?

Ive heard about some filter that i need in order to get rid of this sound. Ive been given a In Line Noise Reduction but, it didn't work. Where can I get this sort of filter from?
