toyota alternator price

I drove 03 yukon 2 miles with open spark plug wire. Replaced wires and engine light is on and i have a misfire?

this engine 5.3 has individual coil for each cylinder. Can not cross wires. No distributer
all coils have spark and replaced all plugs? Can't seem to figure this one out. 144,000 miles .ran great before I drove with broken wire.
